We are not the easiest place to get to, we are on a
peninsular 30 minutes off the main Lochgilphead to Campbeltown road.
Driving.
From Glasgow(about 2.5 hours) head north on the A82 to Tarbet and then take the
A83 to Inverary and Campbeltown. Pass through Inveraray and Lochgilphead,
heading south through Ardrishaig.
A couple of miles after Ardrishaig you turn right for
Kilberry, we are 30 minutes down the single track road. BEWARE of SATNAVs
trying to take you up forestry tracks – stick to the road.
Coming from Lochgilphead we are the last house in the village
about 100 meters past the Kilberry inn
we are a long low bungalow on the left
hand side. The will be car parking signposted.
Coming from Tarbert, we are
the first house on the right after you come to the Kilberry sign.
Bus. There is a good bus service to Lochgilphead and
Tarbert from Glasgow and a bus service from Oban.
There is a very limited bus service to Kilberry from these points. Though there
will probably be plenty of people who will be coming down, or the shuttle bus
on the day
